IN NO EVENT WILL NOTARIES ON DEMAND, ITS AFFILIATES, ITS AGENTS, OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SITE, BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR THE DENIAL OF ACCEPTANCE OF ANY NOTARIAL ACT PERFORMED ON THE SITE OR BY ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS.
